Our initial consultation is a meet and greet, where we can get to know each other and establish our relationship. During this consultation we will:

Gain an understanding of your future plans for your home, who will be living there and how you will be utilising the space.

Discuss your preferred design style and how we will incorporate the Gant Builders signature design.
Initial

From here our design team will get to work and our building team will provide a quote.
This process is an investment in what will become the foundations of your dream home.
We spend significant time carefully putting together a solid plan for the project and at this stage we require a deposit.
Design
+ Costing
Next, we finalise build plans, project scope and timeframes for each stage.
Once the build is commenced we manage every aspect of the build all the way through to ensure everything runs smoothly and comes in on budget.
Plans + Timeframes
After the plans are confirmed, our interior design team can get to work on your selections.

We will be in regular contact during this phase as we make decisions on all fixtures, fittings and decorative elements such as paint colours, tile, flooring and window treatments.
Interior Selections
Before building commences we will get together to go over the selections and confirm your vision.
This is where the whole plan really comes together and we move toward the next exciting phase of commencing the build!
