What's Included
Whilst the Gant Builders and Design team can work separately — we work best together.
Our full service interior design package involves personalising a design that will be both functional and aesthetically pleasing for you.
Incorporating this package into the build from the beginning allows us to integrate amazing design features (that can be difficult and expensive to retro-fit) — such as internal feature fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and built-in cabinetry (just to name a few).

How the design process works and what's involved.
Initial
Consulation
The aim of this meeting is for us to get to know each other. Sure, it is important for me to know what you would like from this project, however for me to truly design the home of your dreams, I need to know your likes and dislikes, what you do with your free time and who spends time where.
Our design is created with the intention of improving the way you live in the space and how you feel in your home. It can improve the quality of your life and your overall happiness.
Fixed Price Quotation
Once we understand the scope of your project we will:

Make key decisions on all of the elements involved

Compile a fixed price quotation for you.
After you have approved everything and you are happy to proceed, the next step is to accept the quotation and make 25% deposit.
Then the design process begins!

Design!
I will create a concept board that will be our inspiration for the design.
This part of process is the important foundation and does take time. I make sure you are kept updated on the progress all the way along. I am just a phone call away if you have any questions.
I am here for you throughout the project and you can be as involved as you like — or leave it all to me to work my design magic!
Check In
Meeting
This will give us a chance to touch base and ensure you are happy with the direction of the design and make any alterations as needed.
Whilst by this stage your project will be well underway (I will be totally consumed by your design), it is important to make sure you are happy with the progress and the design direction — as this is your vision and your dream.
Your happiness is of the utmost importance to me!
Design Presentation
This is the really exciting phase! During this meeting, I will present to you my detailed vision for your space.
This will include:

floor plan

perspective drawings

samples
-
moodboard
-
furniture selections
-
fixtures and fittings schedule
-
including placement, price and supplier.
Managing + Ordering
I will manage and co-ordinate all of the ordering and organisation of all of the materials and design elements.
Not only does this save you time (and effort), it gives you access to our trade discount.
I liaise with supplies to co-orinate ensure lead times and deliveries to ensure everything will be ready and arrive when we need it. Win-win!
Install
Day
Also known as the best day ever ;)
Install day is where I will come out to your home and install all our selections, including placement and positioning of all furniture and homewares.
We do a walk-through together and you see how beautifully your dream home has come together — it really is so exciting!
Folio
Photography
We love to capture images of our design work, so with your prior approval we will have a photographer on site to capture the finished product.
